The Problem

Apex Dental Care is a two-practice dental group that was running its websites on an outdated theme stacked with seventeen plugins, several of which had not been updated in years. Pages took five or more seconds to load, the admin panel was so cluttered that staff still asked for password resets weekly, and every appointment came through a phone call — the online booking system had never worked properly.

The Solution

We rebuilt the group on WordPress, the platform their team already knew, but done properly: a custom theme built around the practices' actual workflows, with a booking plugin integrated into the appointment calendar, online forms, and a patient portal. We removed everything that did not earn its place — the final build runs seven plugins, each with a written justification. The admin side was simplified into a small set of screens the front desk actually uses: edit hours, change a photo, manage bookings.
