Lexington Law Offices
The Problem
Lexington Group runs six offices under one firm brand, and before this project each location had its own website, built by a different agency at a different time. The result: six different designs, six different contact systems, and a growing amount of duplicate content competing against itself in Google. Lawyers searched for the firm found three versions of the same pages, with conflicting phone numbers.
The Solution
We consolidated everything onto one platform without flattening the locations — each office kept its own page with its own address, hours, team, phone number, and directions, all generated from a single source of truth so nothing could drift out of date. The shared design system matches the firm's new brand, and the location pages are written individually rather than copied, so each one reads like it was made for that city. A central intake form routes inquiries to the correct office automatically, which removed the single biggest source of lost leads. We also retired the old sites with proper redirects, preserving the equity the stale versions still had.
Technologies Used
The site is built on a static stack with Vite, deployed to Vercel, with every office marked up using LocalBusiness and PracticeArea schema so search engines can connect each location to the right search results.
Business Impact
Within five months, organic traffic to the location pages grew 34 percent, the firm's map-pack presence improved in four of six cities, and the duplicated listings that used to compete for the same searches disappeared from the index. The consolidation also cut the firm's hosting and maintenance costs by more than half, because six sites became one. The project also taught us something we now apply to every multi-location client: the biggest wins come from removing duplicated work, not adding new pages. Two new offices have already gone live using the same setup, and each one is a configuration task rather than a new build.
