Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WebPro Agency website and the services we provide. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. 1. Our Services We provide web design, web development, search engine optimization, speed optimization, and related digital services, as described on our website and in each project proposal. 2. Proposals and Acceptance Each project begins with a written proposal that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. The proposal becomes a binding agreement when you approve it and pay the required deposit, or otherwise accept it in writing. 3. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to any materials, accounts, or systems we need to complete the work. Delays caused by missing client input may push the timeline accordingly. 4. Payment Terms Payment terms are stated in the proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per the agreed milestone schedule. Late payments may pause work until cleared. 5. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables and may use them freely. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing, unless we agree otherwise in writing. 6. Third-Party Materials Projects may include stock images, fonts, or tools licensed from third parties, which are provided under their respective licenses. We are not responsible for disputes arising from materials you supply. 7. Revisions Each project includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional rounds or out-of-scope changes may be billed separately at our standard rate. 8. Support and Maintenance Projects include the post-launch support period stated in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and security care are available under separate plans. 9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 10. Termination Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You will pay for work completed to the date of termination, and we will deliver any finished, paid-for deliverables. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. 12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page. 13. Contact For questions about these Terms, contact us through the contact page or at the business email shown on our website. Last updated: August 1, 2026
